Congratulations to the dance teachers and performing artists who completed the New Rhythm Dance Teacher Certificate program on April 6, 2023! They are now qualified to teach Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) students after learning the best practices of teaching DHH students to fully participate in dance/performing classes. They watched the eight films, read the downloadable documents, and attended the Breaking the Sound Barrier Deaf Culture Workshop to complete the program.
